In the second week of lockdown, me and my sister found a 1000 puzzle on a bench near the park we go to. Some neighbours put it there to share so people around the neighbourhood would not get bored during lockdown. I decided to bring it home so me and my family could do it together. My parents thought it was a great idea. We started right after dinner. We got all the edges finished that night. The final day we went hard out. We worked for like 2 hours each. We managed to complete it and it was so relieving to finish it. We then put it back on the park bench so other people could do it. Have you made a 1000 piece puzzle?

My interesting artifact

For reading, we had to find two artifacts in our home. I asked my dad if we have any and he said he had a program that had Jonah Lomu's signature from his first ever All Black game. It also had the signature of the first player to ever play 100 tests. His name was Phillipe Sella from France and it was his 100th game that day. We don´t know how much it is worth but it is pretty cool to have. Do you know who Jonah Lomu is?

My amazing t-shirt design
Since we have been in lockdown American Football Canterbury is having a t-shirt design competition. My dad said I should enter it, so I did. The first day I drew a t-shirt so I could see what it would look like. After that, I traced the spider of their old logo and put in the middle of the t-shirt. After that, I drew a football under the spider legs. Then I wrote Smart. Fast. Physical which is their slogan. After that, I wrote A F C (American Football Canterbury) around the spider. The next day I coloured everything apart from the t-shirt. Finally, I coloured in the t-shirt completely black. Have you ever made a t-shirt design?

Awesome Gardening
Last weekend I was looking through the study when I found some little gardens. They are vegetables and fruit. So that day me and my dad started planting them. So far we have only done 16 but we still have 4 more left. It has been really fun. The bad thing is they take like 60 plus days. Have you ever planted fruits and vegetables?

Amazing dinners
Since we have been in lockdown my parents have told me and my sister that every weekend we are the ones that make dinner. So far it has been really fun. I have made pizza and burgers and my sister has made butter chicken and nachos. I don't have any pictures of them so just picture what you think they would look like. Have you ever made burgers and pizza?

From Hanmer to home
Last weekend since we were not allowed to go to Hanmer Springs we brought it into our back yard. First of all, me and my dad put up the tent so we could sleep in it that night. The next day we got out the slippin slide so it could be like the Hanmer Springs pools. After that, me and my sister went into our spa. That was the last thing we did for that day. The next day we went biking like my family normally does. And that is how we brought Hanmer to our home. Have you ever been to Hanmer Springs?

Amazing pixel arts
This is a slide I made with some of my friends. It has all the pictures of the cool pixel arts we have made. They are very cool my favourite ones are the iron man and the pug. I think Haemo made the best ones because he loves making them and puts a lot of effort into them. Anyway hope you enjoy it. Have you ever made a piskel?
